Independent Educational Platform Disclaimer: ExamCare (examcare.org) is an independent non-governmental competitive examination preparation and educational technology platform. ExamCare is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC), Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB), or any other Central or State Government recruiting agency. All recruitment names, exam designations, and logos are registered trademarks of their respective official bodies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ExamCare, attempting CBT mock tests, downloading question papers, or using any preparatory tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Fair Test Usage & Prohibited Actions

ExamCare provides simulated Computer-Based Tests (CBT) strictly for candidate skill assessment. When attempting tests, candidates agree NOT to:

Use automated scripts, bots, web-scrapers, or browser extensions to extract question sets or manipulate exam timers.
Distribute, resell, or commercialize proprietary question compilations, test series, or analytical reports.
Submit fraudulent answers or launch denial-of-service attempts against testing endpoints.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary mock questions, test architectures, custom software algorithms, explanations, and website layouts are the intellectual property of ExamCare. Previous year government exam questions and official answer keys referenced on the platform are utilized under educational fair-use principles to assist candidate revision.

4. Accuracy & Technical Availability

While ExamCare strives to maintain 100% academic accuracy and continuous server uptime, study materials, cutoff estimates, and syllabi are provided for informational preparation. Candidates must verify official exam dates, notification criteria, and admit cards directly with the respective recruiting commission websites.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of ExamCare shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
